If you value the behind-the-scenes experience of a gathering, and wish to actively participate in the shaping of We the Land!, we invite you to apply and join the team as a volunteer. In exchange for this intentional dedication, volunteers receive complimentary admission to the whole gathering (Fri-Sun) along with meals. Volunteers will be assigned a 3-hour shift each day of the conference and are expected to show up on time and stay the duration of their shift.
